First time being there. We were greeted by a very pleasant (not pushy sales type) guy called Gary who we told what we had in mind & the size of the room. We looked at few, he then showed us a fireplace with a stove which we both really liked & suited r wall. Gave us the price. Deal done ! What more could anyone ask 4.
