I paid up-front for 2 month's storage in a unit, on the basis that I secured the unit for as long as necessary and could leave at any time and any overpayment would be refunded. John, the money-grabbing farmer, who runs the show wouldn't return the money for a week after I removed my stuff early, having paid up front two months storage cost. I'll not use Alpha again; I suggest you shouldn't.
