Been waiting on my car being delivered back to me as it was declared a total loss so i bought it back of insurance company, this absolutely rubbish company have lied for the last 5days stating each day a different lie as to why my car hasn't been delivered back to me everyday is a total lie and excuses oh itl be the morning someone will ring you this an that i havnt had one phone call from them its been me having to ring them iv had enuff . Stay clear of this absoulutey terrible company they are liers threw and threw
Great experience, very nice courtesy car whilst mine was being repaired and they done a great job on the work.
I went there with my mercedes. At the front lights there are two different sized gaps on each side where the side bonnet meets the lights. They said that's the way mercedes make them from factory and then said that I was making stuff up. I would stay away from wights accident repair. Use another repair place. A reply to the comment from wrights. Yes your right you didn't fix my car because once you told me the gaps that were different on each side of the front lights were normal, then telling that the factory made them like that was enough for me. I was like get me out of here.
Avoid. Please ask your insurance company to provide an alternative repair centre. The paint work on my car was damaged while in for repair and Wrights have washed their hands of all responsibility. Customer service with this outfit is a complete joke. It also took nearly 6 weeks to repair the original damage from an accident. Please look for an alternative repair centre. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before agreeing to the repair there.
