Where do I start. These men are fine when buying a car but if anything goes wrong the after care is terrible. I paid cash for a car 4.6k and two days later the car wouldn't start. When I picked the car up the warning light was on and they cleared it and said it was fine. The car also could have been a lot cleaner. I had just paid to insure and tax the car and had put 40 Diesel in the car. I then had to pay a 25 taxi to work. As you can understand my upset at this after just buying a car. I phoned and explained and all they did was blame me saying it was the battery and i must of left something on, but I knew for a fact I hadn't as I had been used to old cars all my life and always new to turn lights off. I got so fed up I asked them to take the car back and to give me my money back. That night I went up to get my old car back as I needed something to drive. I got my old car and there wasn't a drop of petrol in it so they watched me having to also fill that car after me asking would they not even do that since they were getting the car I had bought back with 40 diesel in it. Answer was no. All day they said they were to busy to come and collect the car and that I wouldn't be getting my money back until they had the car. Which I understood but they never made any effort to come and collect the car. Instead giving me a 22 year old female a new car battery to fit!. I refused to fit it as I didn't want to be responsible for anything going wrong. After the car being left with me from Friday it was Monday before they came and got it. And it was then Wednesday afternoon still before I for my money back for the car. After blaming online banking for the delay as I should of had cash anyway!!. So finally have the car money back but I'm still out 260 for a car I had for 2 days! Absolutely disgusted in the way I was dealt with. Won't be back.
