Nice and big but was very busy, would recommend this over funkey monkeys
Yep good place I bring my child here alot. The snacks are good and for us adults the coffee not bad either. Place well cleaned and the staff are on guard around the 4 year old play area to ensure the kids don't hurt them self's. One thing would be nice if your a regular customer it would be good if they did a loyalty card so say if you their 6 times with 6 stamps then your 7 time is free in .. Best soft play around lovely staff, lovely food, very clean, never leave unhappy even after a power cut on my sons birthday they staff and owners were fantastic.
I brought my 2 year old here to tire him out a bit and my 10 year old daughter I asked her to go into the babies section with him and make sure he doesn't get hurt and to company him (as there was already adults in this section with babies).I by the way had huge belly and in a lot of pain at 8 months and 3 weeks pregnant .so I sat down and then my daughter came running to me to tell me she's been told to leave that area, so I told her just you get back in there I've paid for her to be in here and she is helping me out massively. I told her send anyone to me if they ask you to leave again, but of course within seconds again the girl returned and by passed all adults in there and straight to my oldest child and asked her to get out again so I went to her and explained that the child's helping me because I cannot do much I'm huge and in a lot of pain but she said if you cannot supervise him yourself then you need to take him out, I shown her were I was sitting and I was supervising him I just have my daughter with him as he will not go in by himself. But she continued to tell me that my daughter is not allowed back in there . I personally would never go back here again it was a horrible and stressing experience as my 2 year old ended up going around the big section for older kids and I COULD NOT SEE HIM while in this part and he came out a few times with my daughter in tears because older kids where pushing him around. Such an unaccomodating place. Don't like it at all.
By far the best kids soft play place around. The staff are strict with the kids going into areas they aren't allowed in & parents are told off for going down slides but I agree with the staff & the policy. It's important that each child enjoys themselves & I like how committed the staff are to ensuring theres no unacceptable behaviour. Thumbs up!
